By using ShareCreditCard, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
We provide tools to generate one‑time links that deliver encrypted content to a recipient. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and third‑party agreements (e.g., card brand rules, hotel policies).
You may not use the Service to: (a) transmit illegal content; (b) infringe others’ rights; (c) send malware or spam; (d) attempt to bypass security or abuse rate limits; (e) store prohibited payment data (e.g., CVV/CVC after authorization or contrary to card‑brand rules). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain all rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to process encrypted payloads and metadata as necessary to provide the Service. You agree not to upload content that you are not legally permitted to share.
Fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Taxes are additional where applicable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide email support during business hours and offer priority support on Enterprise plans.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard data, including client‑side encryption and rapid deletion workflows. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and passphrases.
We do not claim PCI DSS certification. Our design aims to minimize PCI scope by avoiding server access to decryption keys. If you handle card data, you remain responsible for your own compliance obligations.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You will indemnify us against third‑party claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
You may cancel at any time; refunds are not guaranteed. We may suspend or terminate for breach, abuse, or threat to the Service. Upon termination, we will delete encrypted payloads and close your account as described in our Privacy Policy.
